SHIPPING POLICIES :
We would like to Welcome all customers, hope you enjoy our art's and craft's.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All our products are normally sent by DHL. (Worldwide in 5 -8 days).
For express delivery, your mobile phone (as well as your email), it’s necessary which will be used exclusively for the needs of the shipment.
In case that a package will seem damaged to the extent that its contents may have been affected, photograph it before opening it as well as the object contained in it with its packaging.
Ask the person who handed it to you to confirm the parcel status to his company.
Contact us immediately to make the necessary arrangements with the shipping company so that either your money will be refunded, or the item will be returned to us and we will replace it with a new one.

RETURNS :
We are interested for your 100% satisfaction with the purchase of our products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and in its new form as you received it from us.
If there is damage to the item, the relevant value in the refund will be deducted.

When this product reaches us again we will refund the money you paid after deducting from these costs of return and packaging, as well as any expenses that may have been added by customs or other factors.
Refunds are not accepted for special constructions that were made by order.

SHOPING POLICIES :
We love to create custom orders that suits in your place.
As my personal main activity concerns the interior design there is the possibility if you wish to send us some clear photos of your space and with the dimensions for the points that interest us.
After this with a small financial charge we can advise you on the best options for your space especially in relation with your purchases from us.
When you want to order a product that is not ready to be delivered or when you want to make it according to your wishes you ‘ll have to communicate wih us sending a message. Of course, in relation to the modifications, you will be informed of any deviations from the initial cost if there are any, or for the exact cost of transporting it.
You can get awared with photos or videos about the progress of its construction. When the product will be finished, it will be packed and shipped with a tracking number.
We would like to have the best possible impression from you with a review. Before to do so please let us know if you have any problems so we can look for the best solution.
We do not take responsibilities for custom delays, charges and parcel collection arrangements.
For local orders, taxes are included (where applicable).
INSTALLATION :
We will not be responsible for the constructions that are intended to be hung on walls once they have reached you.
You need to be careful when placing them on the wall so that you can support them properly and safely.
We will provide you with appropriate support components, but if they are to be placed on walls near heavy traffic or in an environment where children are, it would be a good idea to have an extra support for safety.
For example, with a sealing silicone on the back or with hot silicone or with a super-distinctive little nail on the top so that they are not easy to hang from a sharp shake.
ITEM DETAILS :
In our wooden constructions you may notice some cracks or crevices in the surface of the wood. These are not considered defects of construction but on the contrary are largely desirable as they give a uniqueness and more aesthetically pleasing to the whole composition.
The colors and shades are customized in a unique way for looking great in your home.
We can also design a piece with any color and size that suits your interiors. Please contact us for the designs, options and available sizes.
The most of the wooden synthesis can be hung horizontally or vertically.
Wall fixings are included.
The dimensions of the sculptures may vary slightly, due to the artisanal nature of the product.
The most of our products are made to order.
The simple wooden wall creates a welcoming atmosphere.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when Dreamodelers (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from Dreamodelers (www.etsy.com/shop/Dreamodelers), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
